I am very sorry we have been off the air for a week, but having moved our office, within the same complex, we still have no internet service or land line phones!
We have since got a pay-by-the-month email service, and I won’t name the culprits, but in the past two days I have spent over five hours on the mobile phone listening to a mind-numbing message trying to point me at their internet service – which we don’t have. Then after two and a half hours I was automatically cut off! Not happy Jan, as the TV ad goes.
However on a happier note, we are working with Brian Devlin in New Zealand to feature the story behind the over 1500 Jaguar XJ6s and Daimlers assembled there in the 1970s – including Seres 1, 2 and 3s.

They all had locally applied NZ livery and shades, their own interiors, upholstery and also chassis numbers.
It is a fascinating story coming in edition #213.
